Email: Howard Goldstein Howard L. Goldstein, Managing Director of the Firm, is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years experience. He has broad knowledge in all phases of taxation, both domestic and international, as well as providing tax strategies and planning to corporations, partnerships and individuals. Mr. Goldstein's areas of practice include Real Estate (commercial and residential); Professional Service Companies (law firms, architectural and engineering firms); Estate Tax Planning; Litigation Support Services; Medical Practices and Management; Leisure Industry (hotel and development and all phases of operations); Textiles and Apparel (wholesale and retail with related manufacturing and distribution); Fashion and Entertainment. Howard graduated from Rutgers University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics. After nine years with Mailman, Ross, Toyes and Shapiro, P.A. in New Jersey, he joined Mallah Furman in 1981, and was appointed Managing Director of the Firm in 2005. Howard's professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Board of Accountancy. He is also a member of the State of New Jersey Board of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
