Email: David Rosenbaum Mr. Rosenbaum, Senior Partner at Mallah Furman, is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years experience in public practice. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida. In 1973, he joined Mallah Furman as a staff accountant, was admitted as Shareholder in 1979 and was appointed to the Executive Committee in June 1986. He served as Managing Director of the Firm from 1993 to early 2005. Mr. Rosenbaum has extensive experience in providing tax and advisory services to a variety of industries with concentrations in law firms, real estate, healthcare and other professional service organizations. In addition, he provides advisory services to entrepreneurs and growth-oriented companies, and wealth preservation/asset protection for high net worth individuals. He is an experienced litigation consultant and has served as an expert witness on such issues involving economic losses, business interruption damages and bankruptcy matters.
