Kirkeide, CPA and Martin Prinsloo have joined the company's audit and litigation support services department. Kevin G. Kirkeide has more than nine years of experience in public accounting. He joined the company as a manager and is responsible for the firm's litigation support and audit engagements. In this role, Kirkeide oversees all aspects of auditing, for both public (SEC) and private entities in various industries. His litigation support includes working with attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including assistance with filings and complaints, directing discovery and document control, deposition assistance and expert testimony. Prior to joining Mallah, Furman, Kirkeide served as manager of the audit and litigation department at Kaufman, Rossin & Co. Kirkeide is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the State Taxation Committee. A graduate of University of Miami, Kirkeide earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in taxation. Martin Prinsloo joined Mallah, Furman as a senior accountant in the firm's litigation support department. Prinsloo has more than six years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently as senior auditor for Ernst & Young in Atlanta. A Miami Lakes resident, Prinsloo is a graduate of Rand Afrikaans University in South Africa.
