Mallah Furman Names New Shareholders

MIAMI, Fla., December 14, 2006 - Mallah Furman, one of South FloridaÕs leading accounting, tax and consulting firms, has named three new shareholders to its practice: Curt Rosner, John LaRue and Barry Gould.

Rosner offers clients nearly 30 years of experience in the areas of accounting services, physician services, health care consulting, business valuations, income tax planning, litigation services and business consulting. Since 1992, he has taught health care seminars to various professional organizations including the Baptist Hospital Foundation, the Florida Bar Health Care Section and Barry University graduate students.

Rosner attained the prestigious designation of Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) through the AICPA in January, 2000. He is active in several community organizations, including the Health Care Committee of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Bet Shira Congregation, the South Dade Branch of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and Jewish Community Services. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

LaRue offers clients nearly 20 years of experience in individual tax planning and compliance; international tax consulting; taxation of mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations; multi-state income tax planning and compliance; and gift and estate tax planning. A graduate of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, LaRue is also vice president of the Greater Miami Tax Institute.

Gould has 11 years of experience providing services in financial reporting, business counseling, tax planning, federal and multi-state reporting, estate tax and gift planning. Gould is a Pillar Trustee of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of Business Network International, the Samantha Foundation, Bet Shira Congregation and the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. He received his Masters of Science from the Fisher School of Accounting at the University of Florida in 1995.
