Mallah Furman Appoints Kartik J. Shah as Manager of Valuation and Litigation Services
MIAMI, Fla., January 12, 2007 - Mallah Furman, one of South Florida's leading accounting firms, has appointed Kartik J. Shah, ASA, as Manager of Valuation and Litigation Services.
Shah has extensive experience in preparing valuations for a wide variety of clients, including closely-held businesses and publicly traded companies. His industry experience includes manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, physicians, services entities, financial services, healthcare, technology, telecommunication and pharmaceutical.

Shah's 10 years of business valuation experience encompasses Big 4 accounting firms, American Appraisal Associates and other reputable business valuation firms in New York, New Jersey and Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University in 1997. His professional affiliations include membership in the Institute of Business Appraisers, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the American Society of Appraisers, where he currently serves as 2nd Vice President and Membership Chairman of the Greater Miami Chapter.
