Mallah Furman Partners Listed in "South Florida Legal Guide 2008" as Top CPAs in Litigation Support
MIAMI, Fla., Nov. 26, 2007 - Mallah Furman Partners Gary Dix, CPA, and David P. Rosenbaum, CPA, have both been selected by top attorneys in South Florida as best CPA's in Litigation Support and have received the prestigious listing in the "South Florida Legal Guide 2008."
In the annual guide, attorneys nominate CPAs in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties who have distinguished themselves in forensics, business valuations, damages and family law matters.

Macdonald Foundation, Inc., where he sits on the Board of Directors and Chairs the Investment Committee.
As a litigation consultant, Rosenbaum has served as an expert witness on such issues involving economic losses, business interruption damages and bankruptcy matters. Additionally, he has extensive experience in providing tax and advisory services to a variety of industries with concentrations in law firms, real estate, healthcare and other professional service organizations. He joined Mallah Furman in 1973 and holds a B.S. from the University of Florida.
Rosenbaum's professional and civic affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of City Theatre, Member of the Board of Directors of Temple Beth Am, and Trustee of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
